Because we provide medical equipment and healthcare products, certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✔ Unused, unopened, and in original packaging
✔ In the same condition in which you received them
✔ Returned within 7–14 days of delivery or pickup (depending on product type)
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

Underpads / adult diapers / bed pads

Wound care supplies (gauze, dressings, saline, etc.)

Catheters, urinary bags, tube feeding bags

Tracheostomy cleaning kits

Diabetic testing supplies
🚫 Personal-use respiratory products

CPAP/BiPAP masks, tubing, and cushions

Nebulizers and inhaler spacers once opened

O2 cannulas, trach masks, aerosol masks
🚫 Any item that is custom-ordered, special-order, or prescription-required
If you are unsure whether your product is returnable, please contact us before opening the packaging.
3. Returnable Medical Equipment
Some durable medical equipment (DME) may be eligible for return or exchange, including:

Wheelchairs

Walkers & rollators
-
Knee scooters
-
Lift chairs (if unused and unassembled)

Hospital beds and accessories
-
CPM orthopedic machines
-
Overbed tables
These items must be unused, free from wear or damage, and returned with all parts, manuals, and packaging.
4. Rental Equipment Returns
Rental equipment must be returned:

In clean and functional condition
-
With no missing parts or accessories
-
By the agreed-upon return date
Additional charges may apply for late returns, cleaning, or damage.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
6. Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange:

💳 Store credit, or
💰 Refund (if applicable)
7. Restocking Fees
Some DME products may be subject to a 15–25% restocking fee, especially large items such as:

Hospital beds

Lift chairs

Power mobility equipment

Air mattress systems
You will be informed prior to processing your return.
8. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Before returning a product, you must request a Return Authorization (RA) from us.
